- Food grade stainless 304, which contains chromium and nickel to prevent rust .
- Two sinks (one for Ghee and another one for syrup or sugar).
- One stainless steel (SS 304) layer for Ghee sink, directly over the flame.
- Double jacketed sink for sugar to achieve thermal uniformity and to prevent sugar to be burned.
- Thermal insulation to save energy and prevent heat loss.
- Customizable features:
- 2 Trays set, and 5 trays in each trays set.
- Touch control panel for frying time, up/down time, and shaking time.
- Heating: electricity or gas.
- tainless steel circulating pump to increase temperature uniformity (optional) (for Ghee).
